Do I need to bring skates?
You'll be able to hire skates at the rink at no extra charge. If you have your own skates, great! Feel free to wear them instead.
I’ve never skated before...
You're not alone—when we first started skating, we'd never skated before either. Our camps for beginners (Learn To Skate Level 4 and below) are also suitable for people who've never skated before.
Can I come and watch if I don't have a ticket?
If you're accompanying someone who is taking part in a camp, yes!
What should I wear?
Ice rinks can get cold, but it's best to wear layers that are easy to take off because you might get warm when you're skating. Please wear something comfortable that you can move in and bring a pair of gloves to keep your hands warm.
Will you announce more rinks?
We've announced all of the rinks for 2018. We'll be coming to more rinks in 2019. Register for our newsletter to receive updates (at the bottom of this page).
Can I bring food and drink?
Tea and coffee will be available at no extra charge. You're welcome to bring your own refreshments, particularly if you have any food allergies or restrictions. Food and drinks aren't allowed on the ice.
Can I pay on the day, or by another method?
The only method of payment that we accept is via our website, theskatecamp.com.
Can I take photos or videos during The Skate Camp?
Yes, but phones and cameras aren't allowed on the ice. We'll have a photographer on the ice and these photos will be made available to you at no extra charge. You're welcome to take photos and videos at all other times.
Can I book The Skate Camp for a private event?
Yes! Please email us at email@example.com.
I have a disability, can I come?
We hope so. If you have a disability, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before buying your ticket—we'll do everything we can to accommodate you.

What's the refund policy?
You can cancel and refund your order if you change your mind within 72 hours of booking. Refunds are not available if your booking was made within 14 days of the event. We're unable to exchange any bookings to any new dates that might come available at a later date.
